LEARNING THROUGH TESTING AND INNOVATION
The process of creating Clothing 2.0 products starts in our lab. We have a highly experienced team of scientists that vet and test all kinds of active ingredients that may be beneficial for dermal application. In this first step, each active ingredient undergoes extensive trials and research before being chosen for a garment. Our team is constantly searching for the right ingredients to create one-step solutions for our consumers’ wellness needs.

After ingredients have been thoroughly researched and vetted for dermal efficacy, our team gets to work infusing the ingredient into our yarns. We use a patented process and uniquely engineered equipment to infuse the optimal dose of each active ingredient. During our infusion process, the batches of yarn are tested numerous times throughout the process. The final infused yarns only pass our stringent QC process after thorough analyses to ensure that the potency and durability meet our predetermined standards.

We work with best in class partners around the world to create garments and textile products that meet their specifications. The production team is made up of highly skilled textile specialists that are able to design, create, and perfect garments with you. In this step, all of our teams work together to maximize the benefits of our technology and create intelligently engineered garments. The end result are finished products that are infused with active ingredients, creating a long lasting impact on your consumer's daily wellness journey.
ALL DAY EFFICACY: JUST GETTING DRESSED
Our technology is activated by the body’s temperature and moisture. When our infused fibers make contact with skin, the active ingredients are absorbed into the body safely, effectively; and consistently longer than typical patches or creams. Our advanced engineering protects the infused fibers from hydrolysis and oxidation, resulting in long-term potency, extended machine washability (while maintaining efficacy) and significant wear longevity for your consumers. Products are tested and FDA compliant to safely deliver active ingredients to your body through your skin’s interaction with the product all day.
